As Associate Choreographer and Dance Director of such successful shows world wide, Marie Duffy has accumulated a vast amount of experience, and is still involved in these projects.

Marie started choreographing and composing dance steps when she was just 13 years old. From this age, she was taking and instructing classes in the Inis Ealga School of Irish Dancing, Dublin.

After she received her T.C.R.G.[Irish Dance Teachers Diploma], she became a partner and co-director of The Inis Ealga Academy.

Marie's choreography has produced more champions throughout the world than any other instructor or choreographer, and in all categories ­ solo, figure choreography and dance dramas. In the dance drama alone, at the world championships she has achieved 12 first places and two second places out of 14 events.

Her figure choreographies are so successful they are in demand throughout the world. She has been invited to present master classes to teach them and to introduce new choreography.

Marie Duffy also does master classes in the SHOW STYLE of Irish Dance. While teaching in The National Schools in Dublin, Marie choreographed, produced and directed every musical imaginable, with as many as 100 in a cast.

Marie has choreographed cabaret shows such as Jury's Hotel, Dublin and corporate functions in Ireland, the U.K. the U.S.A. Australia and Europe. She has appeared on T.V.shows including Beirt Eile, Club Ceili and The Late Late Show in Ireland, and also in the U.K. Belgium, France, Germany,
Switzerland, The Czech Republic and the U.S.A. her students won the Gold Medal for Ireland at the Olympics of Folk Dancing Dijon France, and have appeared at International Folk Dance Festivals throughout Europe.
